About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable

Part-Time Site Manager

who excels in leadership, organization, and problem-solving. This role involves managing daily operations, maintaining property standards, and ensuring the satisfaction of residents and clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to fostering an efficient, safe, and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects Address resident inquiries and service requests promptly and professionally Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance Support community engagement through activities and resident programs Manage vendor relationships and oversee contractor work Prepare and manage budgets, monitor spending, and track site expenses Enforce property policies and maintain high operational standards Keep accurate administrative and financial records Submit regular reports and attend Board meetings as required

Minimum Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED Able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing Must successfully complete a criminal background check Dependable, flexible, and a strong team player

Preferred Qualifications

Previous supervisory or management experience Background in residential or facility property management Strong multitasking, communication, and leadership abilities Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills Proficient in basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, and reporting tools) Coursework or degree in business, accounting, hospitality, or property management Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), housekeeping, and facility operations
Candidates without direct property management experience are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate leadership potential, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
