About the Position

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and service-oriented

Part-Time Site Manager

to oversee daily property operations and ensure a safe, welcoming, and efficiently managed community. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills and can balance operational needs with exceptional customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily site and property operations Supervise maintenance, repairs, and ongoing improvement projects Respond promptly to resident and client inquiries with professionalism Conduct regular safety and compliance inspections Foster community engagement through resident initiatives and events Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service partners Track budgets and expenses to maintain cost-effective operations Enforce property policies and maintain high facility standards Keep accurate records and submit operational reports as required Prepare daily logs, monthly summaries, and attend meetings when needed

Minimum Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States Minimum age 18 with a high school diploma or GED Must pass background screening and drug testing (pre-employment and random) Dependable, adaptable, and a strong team player

Preferred Qualifications

Previous supervisory or management experience Experience in property or facility management Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, reporting) Education or coursework in business, accounting, hospitality, or property management Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), housekeeping, and facility operations
