. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy leading teams, solving problems, and ensuring smooth, high-quality operations across our client sites.

Primarily weekdays, with occasional evening or weekend shifts depending on site needs

Core Responsibilities

Oversee and assist with daily site operations Perform basic maintenance and repairs when needed Respond promptly and professionally to client or tenant inquiries Maintain safety and quality standards across all operations Represent IFSH during meetings, inspections, and community engagements Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers Support budgeting, cost control, and efficient resource management Maintain accurate operational reports and documentation Act as the main point of contact between staff, clients, and management

Minimum Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Minimum age of 18 High school diploma or GED Must pass a background check and drug screening Reliable, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

Previous leadership or supervisory experience Background in facility, property, or maintenance management Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office or equivalent) Experience in customer service, operations, or hospitality Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, custodial, etc.)
