You'll work closely with our agents and operations team, gaining hands-on experience in real estate while developing the skills needed to grow into a full-time Buyer Agent role. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
Support Buyer Agents by showing homes to clients.
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
Participate in daily script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
