Work closely alongside sales agents to assist clients in finding their ideal homes
Provide detailed, written feedback to refine clients' home search preferences
Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
Allocate a minimum of 10 hours weekly to lead generation efforts
Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
Participate actively in team events and initiatives following team policies
Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training, and Partner Calls
Keep thorough and current records of all activities using PLACE Technology

High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid real estate license

Compensation
$65,000 - $90,000 USD annually
This position is commission-based.
