Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
Collaborate closely with sales agents to help clients discover their perfect homes
Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to fine-tune clients' home search criteria
Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation activities
Participate in weekly script practice sessions as guided by the team
Actively engage in team events and initiatives in accordance with team standards
Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training, and Partner Calls
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities using PLACE Technology

Compensation
$65,000 - $90,000 USD annually
This role is commission-based.
