Job Overview:
This role is responsible for ensuring the resort receives high-quality and accurate food and beverage orders by managing requisitions, completing proper check-in procedures, and maintaining organized storage areas. The position supports daily and monthly inventory processes, including collecting and verifying count sheets. The ideal candidate will maintain all coolers and storage areas using proper FIFO methods, communicate effectively with Sous Chefs, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Additional duties may be assigned by leadership.
Ensure the resort is obtaining the quality and quantity of merchandise. Fill out requisitions for orders.
Maintain coolers and food storage areas at all times, communicate with Sous Chefs. Required to work on days of food order placement.
Maintain monthly inventory including collect all inventory count sheets.
Ensure proper check-in and storage procedures are adhered to.
Receive and put away food and beverage inventories.
Receive food by physical checking off of invoices; product received for product ordered.
Store food using FIFO method in all areas. Labeled, dated. Use of, USE FIRST stickers.
Work in a fast-paced environment.
Other duties assigned by the Leader.
Education and Experience
Must have a high school diploma
