Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping and Logistics Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of shipping and logistics for our power management company. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee inbound and outbound shipments of electrical equipment
• Ensure accurate and timely shipment of products to customers and vendors
• Arrange transportation and monitor delivery schedules
• Track and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of products
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain product flow and resolve any issues related to shipping and logistics
• Maintain and update shipping records and reports
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Issue PO\'s, may handle some customer billing and other task associated with shipping and inventory management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping and logistics, preferably in an electrical supply or related industry
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and shipping software
• Understanding of transportation regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
