• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in the servicing of their vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in\xe2\x80\x99s & the out\xe2\x80\x99s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional service.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure proper service and communication.
• Must to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Direct report to the General Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your \xe2\x80\x98A game\xe2\x80\x99 & positive attitude with you every day QUALIFICATIONS

• Available to work flexible hours & weekends
• Service Management Experience is required.
