Tractor and Construction Equipment Dealer looking for a Parts Director. Multiple lines, and multiple locations in North, and Central Florida. What we offer:

Responsibilities:
  • Able to run multiple tractor store locations.
  • Organized with Attention to Detail.
  • Minimum of 3 years in the Agricultural industry, Industrial mechanics, or related field.
  • Effective communicator. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate successfully with employees and management.
  • Strong team management skills with proven ability in mentoring, growth, and accountability.
  • Ability to identify problems, think critically, and independently provide solutions.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and resourcefulness skills.
  • Have the Ability to understand Parts Diagrams & Machine Maintenance Schedules.
  • Perform & oversee Inventory Cycle Counts. Maintain accurate & relevant inventory levels.
  • Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
  • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Converse effectively/efficiently regarding customer parts status.
  • Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts.
  • Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers.
  • Provide high level service to both internal and external customers.
  • Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock.
  • Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit an emergency order, if necessary.
  • Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
  • Receive payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and prior parts sales experience required
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite applications
  • Previous heavy equipment operating experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with farm equipment maintenance.
  • Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents
  • Ability to calculate figures/amounts including; discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
