Tractor and Construction Equipment Dealer looking for a Parts Director. Multiple lines, and multiple locations in North, and Central Florida. What we offer:

- Organized with Attention to Detail.
- Minimum of 3 years in the Agricultural industry, Industrial mechanics, or related field.
- Effective communicator. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate successfully with employees and management.
- Strong team management skills with proven ability in mentoring, growth, and accountability.
- Ability to identify problems, think critically, and independently provide solutions.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and resourcefulness skills.
- Have the Ability to understand Parts Diagrams & Machine Maintenance Schedules.
- Perform & oversee Inventory Cycle Counts. Maintain accurate & relevant inventory levels.
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Converse effectively/efficiently regarding customer parts status.
- Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts.
- Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers.
- Provide high level service to both internal and external customers.
- Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock.
- Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit an emergency order, if necessary.
- Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
- Receive payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and prior parts sales experience required
- Mechanically inclined
- Proficient in Microsoft suite applications
- Previous heavy equipment operating experience preferred.
- Previous experience with farm equipment maintenance.
- Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents
- Ability to calculate figures/amounts including; discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
