Chapman Las Vegas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is seeking experienced Service Advisors to join our team! Preferred candidates are sociable, proactive, and work well under pressure. Strong automotive sales experience will be required. Previous dealership experience is preferred. Successful candidates are achievement driven, enjoy working with customers, and perform well under commission structures. What We Offer:

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Assist customers by scheduling services, writing work orders, and advising of necessary service
• Provide estimates for needed repairs, obtain customer authorizations and collect payments
• Prioritize required services and monitor the progress of vehicle repair throughout the day
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes

• Previous automotive industry service advisor/writer experience is required
• You are people-focused, connect easily to others, and are flexible to client needs
• Ability to manage time effectively and work with a sense of urgency
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Possess a clean driving record and a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
