Service Advisor | $80,000 to $110,000 per year Kia of Puyallup is currently hiring for 2 full-time Service Advisor\'s. Our Service Department is currently averaging 60-80 repair orders per day and we are looking to add team players who have advising or writing experience to our award winning Service team!
- Greet customers when they arrive, offer excellent customer service and escort them when they leave
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Determine and diagnose car issues based on customer description and vehicle condition
- Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete
- Order necessary parts from suppliers and double-check that they are delivered to technicians
- Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards
- Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered
- Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services
- Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases
- Answering phones and making customer appointments
- Working knowledge and experience of automotive products and parts
- ADP/CDK experience
- Secondary education in the automotive field or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computer programs including word processing and database tools
- Organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service sills
- Qualified candidates will have a valid driver\'s license and a clean driving record
