Position: 230037 - Senior Strategy Consultant Location: Southern California Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Help companies define their vision, mission, and strategy. \xc2\xb7 Perform discovery, extraction, rationalization stages of strategy development. \xc2\xb7 Create document drafts, iteration, downstream changes as needed \xc2\xb7 Meeting with clients to discuss business goals and objectives. \xc2\xb7 Conducting market research and studying market trends. \xc2\xb7 Analyzing existing company processes and workflows. \xc2\xb7 Evaluating the practices and market behavior of industry competitors. \xc2\xb7 Creating and presenting analysis reports. \xc2\xb7 Devising strategies to increase revenue, cut costs, and promote growth. \xc2\xb7 Overseeing the implementation of updated business strategies. \xc2\xb7 Reviewing and analyzing the efficacy of revised business strategies. \xc2\xb7 Motivate, coach, and serve as a role model for team members. \xc2\xb7 Ensure client goals and project timelines are being met. Requirement: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business analytics, business management or similar. \xc2\xb7 Minimum 7+ years strategy development work. \xc2\xb7 Must have experience in Utility sector \xc2\xb7 Proficient at leading strategy development assignments. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in interpersonal communication skills, extraction of elements of the business vision and the ability to translate into a strategic plan. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of management. The ability to work independently with minimal oversight required. \xc2\xb7 Sound knowledge of financial analysis. \xc2\xb7 Experience with project management. \xc2\xb7 Report writing skills.
