Shift and Schedule: This is a full time position that will primarily work 1st Shift. Thier schedule is flexable as necessary. This role will sit onsite at the facility and is NOT a remote role at this time.

Compensation: This is a salaried role paid on a Bi-Weekly Basis

What you will do:

  • Lead strategic projects to ensure the successful launch of new initiatives across the Vermont Manufacturing team.
  • Identify opportunities associated with equipment improvements, partner with site teams to develop appropriate execution plans and apply technical knowledge to find the best solutions.
  • Ideate, plan, and execute process improvement projects
  • Support equipment evaluation and upgrades
  • Apply technical knowledge and project management practices to identify solutions, develop plans and monitor results
  • Manage and coordinate cross functional work to ensure requirements are validated and aligned to execute project initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze data, monitor key metrics, and report of key findings
  • Work with individuals at all levels to ensure successful and flawless execution of assigned programs and projects
  • Guide efforts in support of manufacturing productivity with troubleshooting and continues improvement
  • Manage and update any tracking or reporting tools needed to monitor accuracy to commitments for each project
  • Determine objectives and best approach for projects including scheduling, resource planning, and coordination of activities.
  • Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures
Requirements:

Ideal Qualifications will look like:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree Engineering or relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma principles, green belt certification preferred
  • Competent in Minitab, JMP, or other statistical software preferred
  • Proven track record working with equipment manufacturers and maintenance vendors to evaluate equipment for future and current needs.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong ability to Mentor
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, able to influence and communicate with a diverse stakeholder group
  • Collaborative, appreciative style of management and engagement with others.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as business and project timeline demand
