The Opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Senior Player Development Manager to join our tea m at Gamewise . As a Senior Player Development Manager , you will lead a team of Account Managers and operational efforts designed to capture and retai n loyalty of high-valued VIP online casino guests. Our ideal candidate will have experience managing the VIP online gaming experience and have experience leading a marketing or sames team.

This role can be remote, with frequent travel (up to 50%) primarily for promotional events. Weekends and holidays may be required.

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $70700 - $93700 / year

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of VIP Account Managers
• Manage an assigned database of VIP guests and maintain regular and proactive communications
• Develop and implement competitive incentive programs to motivate team performance metrics
• Identify opportunities to nurture prospective VIP customers, design and execute programming to increment play
• Evaluate play and authorize high value discretionary comps for the VIP Account Management Team
• Collaborate with Delaware North property Marketing and Player Development leaders to develop and execute campaigns to convert online players to offline, and offline players to online
• Partner with the Director of Marketing to leverage sponsorship and partnership deliverables to activate VIP guests
• Champion the VIP guest experience by pro-actively conducting guest touchpoints, plan surveys, and liaise with Customer Service team members to keep apprised of VIP requests, comments, and concerns

Qualifications

• Must be of legal gambling age
• Able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license in operating jurisdictions
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing or player development role for online sports betting, online casino, or land-based casino required
• 3+ years of experience leading a marketing or sales team required
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex gaming data and make rational and strategic business decisions accordingly
• Ability to present performance metrics to executive level stakeholders
• Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Ability to travel to regional properties and partner destinations to greet VIPs, manage events, and support marketing efforts
• Flexibility with holiday and weekend work as business demands
• Understanding of the online Sports betting and iCasino industry, wager types, user flows, rules, and the ability to speak to them comfortably
• Knowledge of various casino games and rules
