The Opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Player Development Manager to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Player Development Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, as well as designing and executing strategies that enhance play and drive revenue.

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $70700 - $93700 / year

Responsibilities
  • Run, interpret, and share results of reports to refine and streamline operations
  • O rganiz e and develop market research, database profiles, and event
analysis * Support and coordinate direct marketing efforts
  • Manage the hiring, training, development, and appraisal of staff
  • Formulate departmental budgets, policies, procedures, and prepare financial pro forma
  • D esign and execut e host strategies that will drive play to the establishment
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase database customers
  • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in casino marketing or player development management role
  • Strong administrative, organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work flexible shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to obtain an Arkansas Gaming License
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
  • Bending, stooping, and lifting
  • Occasionally smoky and loud environment
