Summary

Reporting to our Head of Marketing Technology, the Senior Marketing Technology Manager will help our Marketers across the company reach the right audience with the right message on the right channel at the right time \xe2\x80\x94 and help them measure the effectiveness. We do this by finding, connecting & tuning the best MarTech in the world to meet & exceed our business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Help build our next-gen MarTech stack using leading products from Marketing Suite vendors Adobe and Salesforce, and official technology partners within their ecosystems
  • Take a no-code, native integration approach, to connecting all of the technologies in the MarTech stack
  • Ruthlessly simplify, and reduce the number of vendors and complexity in the MarTech stack
  • Conduct ROI analysis using Forrester\xe2\x80\x99s Total Economic Impact methodology or similar, and then launch pilots to prove success (or fail fast)
  • Partner with Procurement to evaluate vendors, select vendors, negotiate contracts, renewals, and reduce overall MarTech SaaS costs
  • Manage strategic conversations & relationships with MarTech vendors including discovery sessions, enterprise strategy planning, and holding them accountable for Quarterly Business Reviews and results
  • Drive Marketing & Sales Alignment to ensure leads get assigned to Sales Reps within minutes of being captured, and contain all of the intelligence needed for a great follow-up
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators monthly for our MarTech COE including Monthly Active Users for each technology in the stack
  • Work with Marketing stakeholders/budget owners to decide on renewal strategy at least 90 before renewal date
  • Stay on the cutting edge of marketing technology trends & best practices, and introduce new technologies that will help us exceed our marketing goals
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or digital marketing
  • Enterprise experience a must; healthcare experience and related regulations like HIPAA a major plus
  • Well-versed in enterprise-grade Marketing Suite products including Content Management Systems, Marketing Automation Platforms, Customer Relationship Management systems, Customer Data Platforms, Account Based Marketing platforms, Marketing Analytics technologies, and Marketing Project Management systems
  • B2B, B2C and DTC experience a plus
  • Ability to think far beyond the traditional Marketing Automation Platform that just sends emails, and think well into the future of a world-class Customer Data Platform with a single profile that delivers to many channels including email, SMS, direct mail, phone, fax, mobile push notifications & in-app messages
  • Proven track record of using personalization to create an amazing customer journey, and using automation & AI to reduce repetitive manual tasks
  • Ability to manage MarTech initiatives from beginning-to-end using structured project plans
  • Proven ability to partner with Technology teams, including Enterprise Architecture & Security; Procurement and Sales
  • Thorough understanding of privacy, consent & preference management, first-party data, a cookieless future, and MarTech vendors like OneTrust and LiveRamp
  • Experience with mentoring existing team members, and helping to hire new team members
  • Track record of working with large consultancies & external agencies
This is a hybrid role and will require the ability to work in-person.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 103,700 - 172,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
