Are you ready to join an innovative FinTech company that\'s leading the way in its industry? Our client, an award-winning pioneer, has recently secured a remarkable investment and is now expanding its US team. We\'re currently seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our client remotely.

As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our client\'s Performance Marketing efforts, collaborating closely with the VP of Performance Marketing and our centralized Data team. Your primary responsibility will involve enhancing Performance Marketing strategies, including advertising and site optimization. In addition, you\'ll play a key role in elevating measurement and reporting across all marketing functions, such as CRM, Brand, Social, and PR. Your expertise will also contribute to quantitative research initiatives for our US business, encompassing areas like pricing and segmentation. Your support will encompass both the technical and strategic facets of marketing, driving the attainment of defined objectives and key results. This encompasses enhancing metrics like sign-up rate, activation rate, cost per activation, lifetime value, and organic growth.

Responsibilities:

Interpret and communicate insights derived from online and offline marketing channels, transforming data into actionable strategies.

Collaborate with internal data teams and external agencies to construct more precise individual and cross-channel attribution models, as well as media mix and econometric modeling.

Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to guide informed decision-making related to marketing strategy, creative direction, and mix.

Lead A/B testing, optimize conversion rates, and refine landing pages to maximize effectiveness.

Ensure the precision of statistical calculations and reporting for assessing creative and copy variants across diverse advertising channels, web pages, and landing sites.

Foster alignment between Product and Marketing teams in terms of measurement, spanning awareness to sign-up and activation stages of the customer journey.

Bridge the US Marketing team\'s modeling with the company\'s financial model in collaboration with the Finance team and CFO.

Requirements:

Over 4 years of comparable experience, ideally within the tech/startup realm.

Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline.

Demonstrated proficiency in constructing marketing attribution models and conducting media mix modeling.

Advanced proficiency in statistical and mathematical functions.

Strong aptitude for in-depth data analysis and synthesis of insights.

Proficiency in SQL for comprehensive data evaluation.

Expertise in Excel at an advanced level.

Effective communication of methodologies, findings, and recommendations to both scientific and marketing audiences.

Comp: $100,000-$170,000 (base, depending on experience)
