Diamond Sports Group FP&A team is seeking a Senior Manager, Distribution Finance! This role provides an incredible opportunity to be on the forefront of sports media during a time of immense change. The Senior Manager, Distribution Finance will oversee various ad-hoc analyses while playing an integral role on the DSG finance team by providing insightful analysis and model critical business variables. Responsibilities may include: extensive business modeling, working across functions to incorporate financial information, facilitating the monthly general ledger closing process, analyzing and interpreting trends/variances, compiling market data from third party data sources (e.g. S&P Global Market Intelligence), presenting findings to management, and provide insightful analysis as requested by departmental and executive management.

What you\'ll do:

• Responsible for monthly financial summaries for the regional sports networks including reconciliation to the general ledger.
• Lead distribution revenue forecasting cycles (budgets, pacing, estimates, long range plans), working closely with the SVP, FP&A and COO/CFO to prepare the financial outlook and collaborate with the Distribution Sales team to create and present plans to Senior Leaders
• Key point of contact for all packaging and network variances, own DSG\'s subscriber forecasting model and identify opportunities to improve data analytics capabilities.
• Extensive analysis in support of departmental and executive management, including all distribution agreement negotiations.
• Additional ad-hoc support of cross-functional business analysis as directed by senior leadership.

What to bring:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance and/or Accounting required. MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in the finance area is necessary.
• Strong Excel skills are required.
• Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is required
• Familiarity with TM1 is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills are required.
• Previous experience in media, advertising sales, and/or the sports broadcasting environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary, including the ability to present financial information clearly to senior management
• Ability to work somewhat independently and be resourceful is preferred
• Proven analytical skills are necessary
• Advanced math, Excel and analytical skills are a necessity.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $145,000 to $155,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate\'s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
