The Senior Enrollment Quality Analyst will be responsible for conducting necessary research and analysis when business partners open production incident tickets by reviewing enrollment data received on the state\xe2\x80\x99s 834 inbound files and comparing to the CSP Facets claims system. This role will also review existing error reports to provide methods to reduce errors and act as a point of contact for escalated member issues. Sr. Enroll Quality Analyst also works closely with the Product Owner, Solution Analyst and Developer to better understand how a system works to ensure issues are remediated. The Sr. Enroll Quality Analyst works within an Agile work stream. This role will be based on State specific 834 files and their individual requirements while having the ability to understand those specifics in their own right and will require understanding of State companion guides and State 834 files.

This position is full-time. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am \xe2\x80\x93 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze incident tickets to determine if defect needs to be created
• Manage incident tickets in Service Now application
• Provide updates and statuses on incident tickets
• Manage the defect backlog on daily basis
• Validate results when code fix has been deployed into production
• Work collaboratively with the Product Owner, Developer, business, and delivery teams
• Create Features and user stories in Rally, to include accurate descriptions and acceptance criteria to align defect to the scrum team.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement work around solutions until issues are resolved.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 1+ years of CSP Facets experience
• 1+ years of Medicaid and/or Enrollment experience with 834 files
• Ability to work 8:00am \xe2\x80\x93 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

Telecommuting Requirements:

• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

• Experience working on multiple issues concurrently
• Experience communicating with senior leadership teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate analysis in a clear concise fashion to clients, colleagues and senior business leaders
