Job Summary:

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at CareerCircle is a critical part of a start-up marketing team dedicated to bridging the gap between upskilled, diverse candidates and employers building long-term talent pipelines to diversify their workforces.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Leading all digital marketing efforts, including, but not limited to, content strategy and creation, virtual events, paid digital advertising, email marketing, etc. intending to increase member engagement and drive leads
  • Strategizing and collaborating with cross-functional teams and agencies in product development, social media, and member experience to develop and plan comprehensive digital campaigns
  • Oversee partnerships with digital marketing agencies
  • Managing paid digital advertising campaigns
  • Creating SEO-focused website content, including blog posts and webpages
  • Managing HubSpot for efficiency, including marketing contact clean-up, setting up workflows, etc.
  • Supporting marketing operations and sales enablement as needed
  • Maintaining a reporting dashboard via Google Analytics and HubSpot for ongoing analysis of marketing and SEO campaign successes and opportunities
  • Developing and creating email marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences
  • Managing PR efforts with award nominations and applications, media pitching, press release drafting, etc.
Qualifications

Minimum Education and/or Experience:
  • At least 5 years of generalist digital marketing experience, preferably in the start-up space
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and building digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate both B2C and B2B audiences
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and/or advertising campaigns
  • Familiarity using standard marketing operations tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics
Skills/Abilities:
  • High comfort level in copywriting and editing
  • Self-motivated, problem-solver, and a good communicator with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, both independently, as well as collaboratively
  • Continuous improvement mindset - fixing and creating new processes as needed
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to effectively prioritize competing responsibilities with the highest attention to detail
