Job Description


The Sr. Manager on the Digital & Media Customer Success team is responsible for helping to manage the customer\xe2\x80\x99s digital incentives business.

The Sr. Manager assists the Sr. Director, Digital & Media Customer Success and Customer Insights Director, partnering with a team of operations, sales, product, marketing, and finance personnel, in support of the customer to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive, support Inmar\xe2\x80\x99s and the customer\xe2\x80\x99s targets, and identify and execute against improvement opportunities.

Strategic (33%)

Responsible for supporting the team principle of ensuring we are integrated planning partners with aligned objectives that are reviewed in a disciplined way

Accountable in commercial planning, leveraging retailer\xe2\x80\x99s assets, and making recommendations or changes so that Inmar\xe2\x80\x99s financial targets are met

Responsible to attend and participate in weekly meetings with the customer

Responsible for assisting the Sr. Director and Customer Insights Director in preparing materials for weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc business reviews

Responsible for collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams to share customer insights that inform upsell/cross sell opportunities

Operational (33%)

Responsible for reviewing and communicating best user experience practices to ensure customer is realizing maximum digital incentives benefit

Responsible for coordinating with the customer and the operations teams the timely and accurate execution of digital incentives

Provide expert customer insight to product teams on innovation and improvement opportunities for user experience, product features, and customer engagement processes to ensure greater usage

Analytical (33%)

Responsible for publishing weekly SLA reporting

Responsible for existing reporting, forecasting, and ad-hoc deliverables

Responsible for analyzing post program results and preparing insights for presentation

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree OR an equivalent combination of training and experience required to complete the essential functions/job responsibilities of the position

5-7 years of work experience on a marketing or advertising technology firm or retailer, with progressively increasing responsibilities; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position

Knowledge of digital incentives, coupon operations, supermarkets, consumer packaged goods, media, analytics, and business operations strongly preferred

Highly motivated, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit

Experience working to promote value through customer experience

Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships

Experience preferred in dashboard reporting and coupon operations software

Proficiency in Excel and functions such as V Look-ups, Pivot tables, etc

The national average hiring range for this job is $82909 -$110500 and the salary can fluctuate based on geographic location and qualifications. Pay is based on several factors which may include, but are not limited to: education, work experience, certifications, labor markets, etc. This role includes an opportunity for company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Core Company Performance Bonus.The actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate\xe2\x80\x99s offer letter.
