Position Summary:

As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and implementing compensation programs and strategies to attract, retain, and motivate our employees. You will be conducting market research and providing insightful recommendations to support our compensation initiatives. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of compensation practices, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership teams to develop and execute compensation programs that align with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of compensation data, including job evaluations, market benchmarking, and internal equity assessments, to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
  • Utilize MarketPay and Workday systems to collect, analyze, and maintain compensation data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
  • Lead the annual salary review process, including salary structure design, budgeting, modeling, and communication to stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular market research and benchmarking studies to evaluate our compensation competitiveness and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related matters, including job leveling, salary offers, promotions, and incentives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement incentive and bonus programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Experience & Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar analytical role, with a focus on compensation analysis and program management.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with compensation data management systems, particularly MarketPay strongly preferred and Workday preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and manipulate large data sets to draw meaningful insights and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies, market benchmarking, and compensation survey participation.
  • Excellent understanding of compensation principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
