job summary:
Tatum by Randstad is recruiting for a Senior Audit Consultant (REMOTE) to assist a global financial advisory firm with their US/International tax compliance, audit preparation, planning, research, and process improvements. The Audit Professional will be responsible for various financial and operational audits, reconciliation of various accounts and propose adjustments to management.

This is a remote position, however would need someone who can be flexible with schedule due to client having offices in multiple time zones worldwide.

The compensation range for this position is $80 to $100/hr. with flexibility based on previous experience.

responsibilities:

• Coordinate compliance activities, including control design assessments, testing of controls, evaluation of deficiencies and development of remediation plans.
• Performs complex level professional internal auditing work with a focus on analytical analysis, financial process and procedures, etc.
• Document financial processes, perform test of controls, to ensure documentation is up to-date for scoping, testing, and remediation.
• Support other initiatives to improve business processes, internal controls, make processes more efficient, effective, and/or reduce cycle time for SOX compliance.
• Assist with other duties or special projects as needed.

qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in accounting or related; CPA and/or CIA highly preferred
• 10+ years of relevant Audit experience required; international accounting experience is required
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule due to meetings within multiple time zones
• International accounting experience required.
