The Security Officer is responsible for assets ranging from human lives to physical property including the premises and contents for all employees and customers of Memorial Medical Center. Typical services include escort service, violent patient assistance, foot and vehicle patrols, open and lock procedures, hospital identification enforcement, and enforcement of hospital parking regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or G.E.D. Enrolled in the Act 120 Municipal Police Training Course OR Enrolled in the Act 235 Course or Enroll in the Act 235 Course and complete within 6 months of hire. Perform Screening Tests/BAT, Urine Specimen, trained within three months of date of hire. Act 120 or Act 235. Current valid PA driver\xe2\x80\x99s license. Annual Handle with Care training. CPR Certified within 6 months
