SVS Security is now accepting applications for full time or part time unarmed security officers with no on-call status. We offer steady long-term employment, consistent hours, safe job posts, with permanent schedules. No event, construction or convention work. Starting pay for all guards is $11.75 per hour to start with quick advancement if desired. Our team members receive merit pay increases and we only promote from within. PILB Unarmed Guard Card is required. Shifts currently available are located in the Summerlin, Southwest, Henderson, and Central Las Vegas areas. Weekend availability is required. * Day. 7am-3pm. Summerlin. 8 Hour Shift. * Swing. Varies between 10am-10pm. Near Summerlin. 8 Hour Shift. * Night. Varies between 6pm - 6am. Southwest, Summerlin, Henderson, and Central Las Vegas areas. 8 Hour Shift. * Evening. 5pm - 12am. Central Las Vegas. 7 Hour Shift. * Grave. Varies between 11pm - 8am. Summerlin, and Central Las Vegas areas. 8 Hour Shift. Available posts are apartment complexes, HOA, and various commercial properties. Duties are performed outside and require you to stand and walk. Reliable transportation is required as some posts are not located near a bus line. Security Officer Responsibilities: - Report all incidents, accidents, property damage, and medical emergencies. - Respond to emergencies, by following emergency response procedures. - Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. - Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality. - Maintain a neat and professional appearance. - Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor. - Ability to provide quality customer service.
