Job Title Security Administrator

What does a great InfoSecurity Access Administrator do at Fiserv?

As an InfoSecurity Access Administrator at Fiserv, your role is pivotal within our team, providing essential support for access management across diverse applications and systems within the Payments Technology division. You will play a key part in ensuring seamless user experiences for both internal associates and external financial institution users. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, from creating and modifying user accounts to troubleshooting and supporting client migrations.

What You Will Do:

• Access Provisioning: Collaborate in granting access to internal users and external clients for various applications and systems, ensuring proper authorization levels and security.
• Client Implementation: Contribute to client implementation projects, ensuring smooth client migrations and successful upgrades.
• Token Management: Oversee the receipt of physical tokens from vendors, maintain inventory, and assist in the procurement of new token stock.
• Fulfillment Excellence: Process daily physical token orders (averaging 50 to 80 requests per business day), ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Automation Initiatives: Participate in automation projects aimed at reducing manual provisioning efforts and enhancing efficiency.
• Audits & Compliance: Play a crucial role in maintaining audit readiness, supporting assessments, and ensuring examination readiness for the organization.

What You Will Need:

• Account Administration Knowledge: A minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with a Profound understanding of account administration principles and practices, ensuring proper user access and data security.
• Provisioning Experience: Hands-on experience with various applications in a provisioning or fulfillment capacity, showcasing your mastery of access management.
• Process Enhancement: A knack for identifying process improvements that drive operational efficiency and elevate the quality of IAM practices.
• Other Key qualities: Proficient in technical concepts and tools related to access management, coupled with meticulous attention to detail in user access management and order fulfillment. Strong team player with a collaborative approach, including effective communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Physical Ability: Physical capacity to lift and move objects that weigh up to 20 pounds and navigate the office environment multiple times daily for token order fulfillment. Sufficient manual dexterity is needed to perform this role successfully.

What Would Be Great to Have:

• Automation Expertise: Experience in robotics and automation, contributing to the advancement of efficient provisioning practices.
