- Performance of Viral Vector product release and stability testing in support of the site contract manufacturing business according to Standard Operating Procedures and Test Methods in compliance with cGMP/GLP utilizing proper aseptic techniques (where applicable).
- Test Methods:
- SDS-PAGE
- Western blot
- ELISA
- Cell mediated bioassays (including infectious and physical titer)
- Test Methods:
Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate would possess:
- 1-2 years in ELISA or cell-based assay testing
- Routine use of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, and MS Word is essential
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in scientific field
- Knowledge of GMP regulations in cGMP manufacturing environment
- Experience within the biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical laboratory testing
