Position Summary

: Group Leader (K-5)
We're looking for Group Leaders to support K-5 students in both academics and enrichment activities. This in-person, position offers hands-on experience in education and youth development, with the potential for continued employment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise students and ensure a safe, positive environment. Support instruction in ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies. Assist with physical education, visual arts, and performing arts. Promote collaboration through group activities and research projects. Escort students between activities in a timely, orderly manner. Support certified staff with lesson planning and classroom prep. Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents. Maintain accurate records of attendance, activities, and incidents. Attend required trainings, meetings, and program evaluations. Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Program Director(s).
