After School Childcare- Group Leader, Part-time

At AlphaBEST, our students are filled with curiosity and wonder! As their guide, you'll lead them through fun learning activities, with plenty of support and training.
Location:
Vanguard Schools (Upper/lower location), Colorado Springs, CO 80905Schedule:
No weekends! Monday-Friday preferred, 2:30pm - 6:00pmHere's what you'll need:
Must have a
minimum of 455 verifiable hours of experience with children
(ages 4+) and be 18+ years old Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by CO childcare licensing regulations Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours)PayBenefits:
$17.00 per hour (must have proof of experience) Part-time benefits, including health, are available Employee referral program - up to $150 for every successful new hire you refer Deep discounts on program tuition for dependents Fun and friendships come with the paycheck
As an AlphaBEST Guide, you'll be trained to do the following:
Lead a group of student explorersthrough exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more! Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder. Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents. Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.
