Rate: $50 - $150+/hr Synovize is seeking an experienced SAP Security/Product SME to join our team. This is a remote position with a focus on providing support for our federal clients, including the Department of Defense (DoD). Responsibilities:

Rate: $50 - $150+/hr Synovize is seeking an experienced SAP Security/Product SME to join our team. This is a remote position with a focus on providing support for our federal clients, including the Department of Defense (DoD). Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SAP security roles, role design, and role authorizations.
- Provide support for user access requirements and user provisioning.
- Develop and maintain SAP roles management, including the use of SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) suite.
- Provide technical guidance and support for project teams, including developers and functional consultants.
- Plan and lead major technology assignments related to SAP security and product offerings.
- Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
- Functions as a technical expert.
- Implement attribute-based security solutions.
- Support the implementation of zero trust principles.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and developments, including emerging technologies and best practices.
- Five (5) or more years of SAP security experience.
- Thorough knowledge of SAP infrastructure, with an emphasis on roles security, role design, and role authorizations.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an SAP environment supporting user access requirements, user provisioning, SAP roles development, and SAP roles management.
- Experience with SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) suite.
- Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
- Minimum Education: Bachelor\'s degree or four (4) years related experience.
- Federal experience required (DoD experience preferred).
- US Citizenship is required.
- DoD clearance required (must be clearable).
- Experience in implementing attribute-based security solutions.
- Detailed knowledge of SAP security related product offerings.
- Familiarity with SOX, Sarbanes-Oxley, GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation.
