Job Title: Cybersecurity Compliance SME
Location: Remote
Rate: $80-$120+/hr Synovize is seeking a Cybersecurity Compliance SME to join our team. This is a remote position with a focus on providing support for our federal clients, including the Department of Defense (DoD). Responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise on cybersecurity compliance and regulations, including HIPAA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, and other relevant standards.
• Provide guidance and support for the implementation of security controls and practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to assess and manage cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct security assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Develop and maintain security policies and procedures, including Security Classification Guides (SCG).
• Provide technical guidance and support for project teams, including developers and functional consultants.
• Plan and lead major technology assignments related to cybersecurity compliance and regulations.
• Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and developments, including emerging technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Five (5) or more years of SAP experience.
• Five (5) or more years of Navy experience.
• Five (5) or more years of project management experience.
• Experience with Security Classification Guides (SCG).
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Understanding of NIST SP 800-207 Zero Trust Architecture.
• Understanding of Executive Order on Improving the Nation\'s Cybersecurity.
• Experience securing DoD or large enterprise business systems.
• Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
• Minimum Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to the area of expertise. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor\'s Degree.
• Federal experience required (DoD experience preferred).
• US Citizenship is required.
• DoD clearance required (must be clearable).

This is a remote position with a focus on providing support for our federal clients, including the Department of Defense (DoD). Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and administration for SAP systems, including HANA, NetWeaver, and Solution Manager.
• Perform database administration tasks, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of MaxDB.
• Administer SAP Content Server and other relevant systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that software solutions are properly integrated with SAP systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, installation procedures, and system configurations.
• Support the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for SAP solutions, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
• Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
• Provide technical guidance and support for project teams, including developers and functional consultants.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and developments, including emerging technologies and best practices.

• Experience working with MaxDB.
• Experience working with SAP Content Server.

• US Citizenship is required.
• DoD clearance required (must be clearable to T5).
• Security+ and OS certified.

Education:
