Position Summary:
The Sales Representative at Lucky Acres Fencing is responsible for driving revenue Lucky Acres Fencing through consultative field sales, on-site consultations, and relationship-based account growth. You will master the sales process at every stage of the client journey -- from high-volume outbound prospecting and product sales, to building relationships. You will grow professionally, and position yourself for leadership. Ideal for a driven seller who loves helping customers achieve their dream, and thrives in a both fast-paced phone sales environments and dynamic live B2C settings.
Compensation: $36,000 base + Uncapped Commission (OTE $43k-$66,000k in Year 1) Workplace Location: Fully Onsite

Success Looks Like
Providing an outstanding client engagement experience by identifying pain points and presenting the right solutions.
Closing both low-ticket (individual item sale) and high-ticket (Fence installs, Shelters and barn ) sales opportunities.
Building a referral pipeline that generates 30% of new leads.
Mastering the sales cycle across multiple channels: outbound calls, social media engagement, and live event interactions.
Closing long term recuring accounts
Objectives -
Client Success (Inside Sales)
Make 20+ outbound calls daily with a minimum of 2.5 hours of talk time.
Engage prospects via phone, email, and creative outreach (video messages, gifts, etc.).
Sell products by highlighting benefits, solutions, and alignment with client goals.
Generate immediate sales while exceeding daily and weekly targets.
Maintain accurate notes and pipeline tracking in LA CRM.
Master the process through asking quality questions, objection handling, and closing the sale.
Outside Sales (In-Person Sales)
Complete 10+ on site visits to represent Lucky Acres Fencing.
Network and build relationships with customer, converting them into clients.
Present tailored proposals and negotiate contracts for high-ticket offerings.
Meet or exceed sales goals by leveraging in-person rapport and consultative selling.
Ensure smooth client handoff post-event, contributing to client satisfaction and retention.
DEVELOPMENT
Complete 90-Day Onboarding Sprint: product boot-camp, co-ride-alongs, solo certification.
Complete one training task a day
TRANSITION
Level-up path: Senior Rep (12 mo) ? Team Lead (24 mo) ? Regional Manager.
Mentor new hires and earn override commissions on team performance.
Daily Field Playbook
Conduct 3-5 consultations daily.
Use 5-touch prospecting system: call ? customer vision ? custom estimate ? follow-up ? referral ask.
Resolve complaints within 24 hrs; propose solutions before escalating.
Maintain deep knowledge of livestock containment (panels, gates, energizers, water systems).
Competencies
Strong communication and rapport-building skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Ability to manage a high-volume outbound sales process while excelling at consultative event-based closing.
Proven ability to hit and exceed sales quotas in both transactional and relationship-driven environments.
Sense of urgency, resilience, and adaptability in fast-paced, high-demand settings.
Negotiation and closing skills with both low- and high-ticket deals.
Proficiency in computer systems
able to learn 3D modeling
Ability to read construction plans
Knowledge in takeoff programs preferred
Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends when events require.
Livestock or fencing product knowledge strongly preferred.
