Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth within your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, with experience in B2B environments, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.

Duties



Identify and pursue new fiber optic internet business opportunities through provided lead generation in the field Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development. Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products and expand professional networks. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and territory management efforts.

Qualifications



No sales experience required, but encouraged Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within B2B or technology sectors. Strong skills in account management, negotiation, and direct sales techniques. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and relationship building. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies for territory management. Experience in technical sales or product demonstrations is a plus. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively. A background in marketing or retail sales is advantageous but not required.
