About this position:




As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in generating revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. If you're eager to sharpen your sales skills and grow within the world's top sales training organization, this is the role for you.

In this position, you will:



Make a high volume of outbound prospecting calls each day to identify and engage new potential clients Use a multichannel approach--phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms--to drive outreach and generate pipeline Qualify, book discovery calls, and move qualified prospects into the pipeline Present Sales Gravy's training solutions with clarity, confidence, and conviction Own opportunities from the first conversation to close or handoff Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead-generation strategies. Track and report on lead generation performance using CRM and sales tools, adjusting outreach strategies as necessary. Provide support to clients and prospects via phone, email, and online chat. Other responsibilities as needed

What you'll bring:



1-2 years of professional work experience, ideally in a sales or customer-facing role Excellent oral and written communication skills Competitive spirit and not afraid to ask tough questions Confidence and mental toughness CRM experience preferred
