Sales Representative

on a permanent contract, with an initial training program and extensive in the LED display industry in the US.

Main Responsibilities:



1. Sales Prospecting:



Identify and prospect new clients (businesses, local authorities, institutions, production agencies, etc.). Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers. Conduct outreach via phone, email, trade shows, and professional events.

2. Client Portfolio Management:



Develop and maintain long-term commercial relationships with existing clients. Monitor ongoing projects and ensure client satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities within the existing portfolio.

3. Product and Service Commercialization:



Present and sell tailored solutions for LED screens (indoor, outdoor, giant screens, video walls, etc.) and audiovisual production services (captation, editing, live streaming, etc.). Prepare commercial proposals (quotes, offers, customized solutions). Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and timelines with clients.

4. Sales Follow-up:



Handle the administrative aspects of sales (contracts, orders, follow-ups, etc.). Coordinate with technical and production teams to ensure smooth project execution. Follow up on payments and remind clients in case of delays.

5. Market and Competitive Analysis:



Analyze market trends and competitors (new products, emerging technologies, customer expectations). Provide relevant information to management to adjust the company's offerings.

6. Reporting and Goal Setting:



Track and achieve set sales targets (revenue, number of new clients, profit margins). Regularly report activity to the sales management team (dashboards, performance reports).

Required Skills:



Strong knowledge of LED products and solutions (screens, dynamic display solutions, etc.). Understanding of audiovisual production needs (video, capturing, broadcasting). Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office) and CRM systems.

Desired Qualities:



Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Team-oriented with the ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams. High level of autonomy, organization, and time management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong drive for challenge and performance.

Languages:


Fluency in English is a plus, especially for international markets.

Salary:

Fixed + variable (depending on experience and goals achieved)
