Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to upsell and manage relationships effectively.

Duties

Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing clients. Manage assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets. Provide technical sales support by understanding software products and effectively communicating their benefits to clients. Participate in outside sales activities, including attending trade shows and networking events to promote our offerings.

Experience

Proven experience in sales or account management is preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Experience in technical sales or software solutions is a plus. Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building relationships with clients. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to exceed sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,417.00 per year
