Sales & Event Controller


As the Sales/Events Controller, you will be fully responsible for\xe2\x80\xa6.
Facilitating all sales (emails, phone calls, incoming inquiries)
Creating menus, plans, & proposals | invoicing + pricing using a set scale and standard of the company
Client facing meetings, including site visits when necessary
Preparation and execution of all events, including conducting production meetings with full team, purchasing and sourcing of specialty items, packing and organizing for travel, set up and design, communicating with staff and delegating tasks to execute events to the standard of the company

Other duties will include, but are not limited to\xe2\x80\xa6.
Following up with clients post-event, collecting reviews
Use CRM platform to log detailed information on clients (TC to go into further detail)
Create and maintain touchpoints for clients (gifts, important dates and anniversaries, etc.)
Creating timelines and checklists for larger events
Educate yourself before each event of venue regulations; following directions of planners and venues as the direct contact for the company

You are to be available Monday - Friday from 9-4, as well as during all events, including holidays and weekends
