LiveView Technology is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative Team Lead to join our team. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Lead will play a key role in developing and executing our sales strategies, helping to drive revenue and grow the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be highly organized with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Development Representatives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, plans and processes to increase sales and market share.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the team and ensure that goals are met.
  • Train, mentor and coach SDRs and provide feedback and guidance.
  • Helping SDRs develop their skills and progress their careers through coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Actively engage with prospects and customers to build relationships, identify needs and close deals.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Research market trends and provide insights to the sales team.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows.
  • Ensure exceptional alignment with Account Executives.
Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and/or sales management.
  • Proven ability to effectively lead, manage and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, principles and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to think strategically and evaluate opportunities.
