LOCATION

This position is located in Bellevue, Washington, under a hybrid work model. Local candidates only, please, with authorization to work in US without visa sponsorship.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a high-energy and dynamic Sales Development Representative, looking for an opportunity to provide pre-sales support. You work well under pressure, are highly self-motivated, and easily initiate relaxed but informative two-way conversations with prospects. You understand how to assess a company\'s needs and customize the outreach to each prospect.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be responsible for servicing inbound sales and related inquiries, focusing on engaging and qualifying prospective customers, and participating in outbound sales calls. This role is one of the early stage touchpoints for prospects in the sales cycle, and sets the tone for sales success.

  • Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities, providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects.
  • Own the responsibility of educating and developing prospects, leading to hand-off to sales teams and/or Channel Partners.
  • Provide intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone, email and chat.
  • Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence.
  • Effectively partner and work across the Global Sales teams -- including CSRs, Renewals, and RSMs.
  • Schedule appointments and give demos of our product offerings.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on BarTender product offerings/solution development skills.
  • Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars.
  • Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
  • 2+ years of professional sales experience, preferably in tech/software.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
  • Adept computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and LinkedIn.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
  • Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that BarTender can provide.
  • Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts.
  • Drive, determination, team orientation with a strong desire to achieve goals.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
EDUCATION
  • BA/BS degree preferred
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Base salary between $44,000 \xe2\x80\x93 $64,000 per year
