Position: Outside Sales and Sales Development Representative This is an upbeat environment where our mission is to help others get to the next level in their personal and professional lives. We are looking for team members that will embrace and fit that culture. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maximize sales opportunities by scheduling appointments and hosting virtual presentations with other business owners and executives.
  • Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM.
  • Meet daily KPI\'s and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets.
  • Support a robust client portfolio with periodic Sales Meetings via web-hosting software.
  • Mastery of the Sales Training platform.
  • Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
  • Become an ambassador of KBC Offshoring principles on an ongoing and never-ending basis.
QUALIFICATIONS Experience, Competencies and Education:
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Sales experience
  • Great attitude
  • Able to use multiple technology platforms
  • Desire to help others
  • Competent problem solver
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to learn software programs
  • Experience with HubSpot a plus
SKILLS
  • Excellent phone and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Communicate effectively with Business owners and C-Level executives.
  • Must possess a strong work ethic, punctuality and the ability to work in a high intense sales environment.
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and effectively communicate high level sales concepts to prospects.
This is full-time position, with additional hours/times as needed for business conferences, networking opportunities and other organizations as needed.
