Sales Coordinators are sales driven professionals, helping clients to organize memorable trips that encourage then to use our services again. They must understand their clients on a personal level while remaining professional and friendly. Since they reserve dates, locations and times, they need to be meticulous in capturing the clients\' details correctly. A great Sales Coordinator also needs to stay informed about the industry and covid-19 advisories, and leisure deals and supplier or vendor training so they can be a good resource to customers. Responsibilities
  • Arranging leisure and corporate tours and holidays
  • promoting tours and travel packages on behalf of resorts, groups and cruise lines.
  • updating database with correct personal details and billing information.
  • invoicing customers for due payments
  • take deposits and payments for holidays
  • resolving scheduling conflicts and other issues as they arise
  • selling holiday insurance plans to travelers
  • coordinating the use of bonus miles and other rewards that the clients want to use
  • replenishing travel brochures and promotional materials
  • handling vendor and client phone calls
