Position Title: FLM - Sales Associate (Finish Line shop inside Macy\'s) Summary: The FLM - Sales Associate performs sales and customer service tasks for a Finish Line shop located inside of Macy\'s department store by performing the following duties. Sample Responsibilities:

• Performs sales and customer service responsibilities for a Finish Line shop inside Macy\'s.
• Performs cashiering, stockroom upkeep and store upkeep as needed.
• Maintains company standards regarding personal sales metrics.

Weekend availability is required for this position.

• During peak sale periods (e.g. Holiday, Back-to-School), will work for long periods throughout a 1 \xe2\x80\x93 12 hour day.
• Requires stooping and kneeling to place merchandise on customer\xe2\x80\x99s feet as well as reaching and pulling to obtain or stock merchandise on storage racks.
• May be required to climb ladder or ascend/descend stairs in order to stock and/or acquire merchandise for sale.
• Required to lift items weighing 5 \xe2\x80\x93 25 lbs regularly. In certain circumstances, weights may be higher.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with customers.
• Must be able to see and differentiate colors.
