We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our growing sales team and help ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment. The Sales Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily sales operations, maintaining customer accounts, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, production, and logistics. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational and communication skills.

Duties



Assist the sales team with daily administrative and operational support. Enter and process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Communicate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules with occasional collection calls. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain and update customer accounts and sales data in the CRM system. Prepare quotes, invoices, and other sales documents. Support sales representatives with reports, product lists, and market updates. Handle incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and urgency. Assist with tracking inventory levels and updating sales materials as needed.

Experience



Experience in sales support, order processing, or customer service. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with CRM systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
