We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Automotive Sales / Assistant Finance Manager

to join our team in Hubbard, OH. This hybrid role requires a strong background in automotive sales or finance and a willingness to step into finance manager responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate is goal-driven, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This is a full-time, commission-based position with a monthly income guarantee and opportunities for professional growth.

Automotive Sales/ Assistant Finance Qualifications

Minimum

3 years of experience

in

automotive sales

or

automotive finance

Strong

communication and organizational skills

Proven ability to

meet and exceed monthly sales and finance goals

Capable of

performing all Finance Manager duties

during manager's time off and vacations Willingness to attend

professional training

, which may include

out-of-town travel

High level of professionalism and integrity Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Automotive Sales/ Assistant Finance

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing GM vehicles, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Utilize effective communication skills to engage with clients and address their needs. Manage sales support tasks, including maintaining inventory control and assisting with outbound sales efforts. Demonstrate organizational skills by managing sales pipelines and ensuring timely follow-up with potential buyers. Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate financing options for customers. Ability to perform Finance Manager duties during manager absences (days off, vacations, etc.)

Automotive Sales/ Assistant Finance Requirements

Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends Comfortable working in a commission-based environment

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (Background, Drug & MVR)
