Sales Assistant Cyclebar

We are Cyclebar! We are an intersection between a Party on Bike and a Kickass workout. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a top level Sales Assistant to join our Cyclebar Family!

Requirements:

Preferred: 1-3 years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience

Recommended: 1-3 years of previous management or supervisory experience

Passion for fitness and helping others

Social presence (Facebook and Instagram)

High Energy

Superb Communication skills

Solution-based, Results-oriented, Competitive spirit

30 to 40 hours a week

Details:

The Sales Assistant will work side by side the Studio Manager in helping oversee all studio functionality from driving sales to studio operations with opportunity for future growth.

Member growth through membership sales

Oversee studio team and schedule

Lead generation including GrassRoots Marketing and Networking

Deliver 5 star experience

Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Studio

Acquisition of new members and the retention of existing members

Strategic outreach, for securing first time rider/lead flow

Actively coach, train and educate your team to advance

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly wage up to $18 per hour
