Who We Are EPAX 3D is a pioneer in the latest LCD 3D printing technology, and we\'re on a movement to democratize access to 3D printing across both the consumer and dental business markets. Our high class printers are designed to be fully modular, reliable, and deceptively simple to use. We are a start-up based in the Research Triangle Area in NC with thousands of established clients across the U.S. and worldwide, and are looking to hyper-accelerate our growth in the next couple of years. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate for this 3D Printer Technical Sales Assistant should have excellent communication skills and be able to master 3D printing and printer hardware. Duties include assisting on pre-sales initiatives, supporting customers using email, chat and video conference and assisting CEO on sales activities, including newsletters, emails, promotions, trade shows. Responsibilities

• Support customers actively, including video calling, emailing and chat/messaging customers. You must be able to learn 3d printers inside out in order to support customers efficiently. On the job training provided.
• Pre-sales support and answer potential customer inquiries.
• Manage our Facebook groups.
• Support both end-users and new potential customers. The support include both pre-sales and post-sales support and service.
• Associate degree or equivalent. Any previous interest or experience in 3D printing/robotics/maker/engineering are desired.
• Must be good at computer skills, such as typing, email, chat, google spreadsheet, google docs. Be able to multi-task. Be able to keep good communication with colleagues and lead.
• Outstanding work attitude. Self-driven. Requires minimal supervision. Be able to assist CEO on many tasks, especially sales related tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Our business is online focused with pretty much no visitors to our office. In office we provide masks, gloves and hand sanitizers. Ability to commute/relocate:
