Overview:
Sales Assistant job entails the assisting of a top performing Sales Executive. The perfect candidate must have the ability to work independantly while also communicating as needed with Sales Executive throughout the day. Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must, as well as the ability to stay organized and flexible throughout the day as priorities change. The job includes direct communication with external clients such as real estate agents, lenders, and home builders and investors, as well as internal communication with our sales support teams and escrow personnel.
Duties:
Email inbox management through out the day for employee and Sales Executive.
Ability to communicate with internal and external client efficienty and professionally, both in writng and verbally.
Confirm and book appointments via Outlook, Zoom, Teams, etc.
Work within company's CRM to update database of clients/targets and their contact information, add notes, requests for follow-ups. etc. Also, send out marketing material regularly through CRM to external clients and targets.
Coordinate and manage Sales Executive and client appointments, class speakers, and other industry events (virtual and in person).
Create and manage 12-week marketing campaigns and manage weekly roll out to clients.
Design and produce marketing material including real estate related collateral.
Education:
Minimum High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Experience:
Past experience working in a sales or marketing role.
