This position is perfect for a sales and marketing professional looking to work alongside industry leaders in a rapid growth environment.

  • We are a private social and athletic club that features a rooftop restaurant, a stunning bar, two ballrooms, event spaces, a pool, 3 floors of athletic space, 50 apartments, 6 hotel rooms, a modern co-working lounge and game room, and office space.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:
  • Serve as a member and public-facing leader in the Membership and Events Department, assisting in the sales process by leading tours of prospective members.
  • Manage our social media accounts in collaboration with a third-party marketing agency and serve as the on-site point person for content posting.
  • Coordinating between departments to collect information to publish our weekly newsletter.
o Work in conjunction with the Director to ensure the newsletter, events e-mails, and dedicated e-mails in support of the Club\xe2\x80\x99s communication strategy.
  • Assisting with the onboarding and administrative tasks of the membership department.
o Working to maintain consistency in our leads and prospects systems on our CRM. o Entering new member information, payments, and assisting with transfers and resignations.
  • Serve as a key leader at Club Events, assisting with registration and other duties supporting Member Engagement and Retention.

What You Bring
  • Experience in hospitality or marketing.
  • Attention to detail and organization. Comfortable with task-based work and accountability for following up and following through.
  • Strong communication skills. Knowing what questions to ask and being able to relay complex instructions to all relevant parties.
  • Accountability for personal performance and openness for constructive feedback
  • Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
