Job Summary:

As a

Production Field Manager

at Rhino-Back Roofing, you'll be the key to ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout our production process. Your role focuses on overseeing project management, quality control, and leading our crews, all while maintaining strong customer relationships. You'll also enforce our RBR Production Process, ensuring every job runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an outstanding customer experience through site visits and relationship building Follow, train, and enforce the RBR Production Process Manage project timelines and close projects efficiently Ensure installation quality control and adherence to standards Lead, manage, and hold crews accountable to expectations

What We're Looking For:

We need a natural leader who excels at managing crews and interacting with customers. While you'll need some construction knowledge, this role is less hands-on and more focused on leadership and project oversight.

Experience managing roofing or insurance restoration projects Proven ability to manage work crews and foremen Perform pre-installation site visits to collect scope info and ensure smooth project setup Handle light service work when needed Construction experience is helpful--you should be comfortable in a residential construction environment

Qualifications:

Experience with construction management software (ProCore, Bluebeam) Strong skills in project scheduling and coordination Ability to read blueprints and understand construction schematics Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus

Pay: $62,500.00 - $72,000.00 per year
